@MichaelDodd It'd be nice to be able to edit flags, to include more links for evidence, as well as having a larger maximum length for the flag text body... :(
@NickA I've linked to their suggestion history, that particular edit suggestion, and the fact that I previously flagged them for the same thing on 28th May (marked helpful that time)
Needless formatting within edit suggestions is my #1 pet peeve on SO and is normally an instant reject & edit from me
@tripleee meh, to me anything installation and configuration feels too non-programmy to me. It's not programming as such.. more as configuration of the software needed to run the program, but that's just me
Might be good faith even though NSFW, linking a site using a product in production gives credibility. Dunno if flagging as spam/rude is really appropriate

questions with accepted answers, i was trying to figure out why it was skipping one, as I didn't see any msg saying why it was skipped, just that it got skipped
Accepted questions are questions that have been accepted. Alternately, they are things that have been accepted and have a question-nature, or otherwise constitute a question.
@Lino Just came upon that question in the review queue and wanted to ask you what flag is most appropriate for these types of question? I don't know what kind of MCVE or MRE should he present?
@NickA I feel that unanswered questions need more attention, half the time answered questions have already been looked at my multiple users. Skipping saves time as well as review quota for the lower-hanging "fruit" that can be faster closed
rofl, to be fair, as someone that knows nothing about structures and weight limits I worry about how much weight a floor can support and so try not to put too much stuff in the same area of a room
@Lino sure, that's fair, though I'm a believer in sending questions over to the most appropriate site first and then letting that site sort out the good from the bad, personally. It's not everyone's favorite philosophy.

@double-beep Although this is what the SO review system trains you to do. When reviewing late answers it throws you curve-balls where the answers only contain code and it says that the appropriate action is either to downvote or flag it.
I wouldn't, that tends to be declined. Rule of thumb: if the answer tries to answer the question, is English, not link-only, and not rude/spam, don't flag it as anything. VLQ was reserved for total nonsense answers iirc
@ErikA ah really? From the description I just felt like it was applied to answers that can't be fixed via editing, like code-only answers.. (well code-only with no comments)
so what's the right foot forward for code-only ones?

@Matthew A userscript manager is a browser extension that allows you to install, run, and manage userscripts. The most commonly used one is Tampermonkey (multiple browsers). Other options are Violentmonkey (multiple browsers) and Greasemonkey (Firefox only; this userscript manager is not recommended due to compatibility issues).
I agree the score is unfortunate; sincere questions rarely deserve lower than -2 (or whatever the score is that hides questions from the main page). I'm merely stating what I observe to be the likely best course
@KamilKiełczewski Please read how to ask. The question is too broad as it currently stands. Reopening now would result in re-closure, which is a waste of close- and reopen votes, as well as time.

@KamilKiełczewski I tested the linked dupe code with the input provided by the question you want reopening - it achieves exactly what they want.. it's 100% a dupe
@treyBake - strange - the duplicate says about all permutations of letters in input string. The question is about finding all permutations of substring - it is not the same
@treyBake so there is no answer about this case and this is not trivial, and questions are not the same - first is about string permutation, second is about substring permutation - summary: it is not duplicate

@StephenKennedy I'm not either, but I could somewhat understand the country opinion that metropolitan city-dwellers were speaking for them. Not too dissimilar from the Brexit phenomenon, in that regard.
