This one takes some time but it works.

Point being, for delete candidates, scores on answers aren't important to me. What is important is the AnsweredAccepted status or whatever may keep it from roomba action

Here is one of my philosophies: I guy asks a dumb question. People dump on him. Some guy comes along and answers the dumb question. To save face, the OP does Accepted answer. It is frozen, enjoy it for life.

@Enrico Upon further reflection, the best way for you to get that duplicate straightened out is via a Custom Flag on the question. The same info you provided here is what's needed. Then add a comment "Possible dupe of..." to the correct target, to help the OP. The flag could take a while to get processed.
