I think a helpful command like "Please be careful with linking to your own content on different sites, you don't want to be a spammer. You should be including the majority of the content here, and use the link only as a reference." would be better in place here
@Magisch The problem of addressing something like this as spam is that the user has lost all his reputation now, for something that was not his intention
@gunr2171 Viewed from your angle, the answer might just have been a misplaced almost-link only (assuming the user had no idea we view this kind of content as spam here)

Moderators can manually clean and change flag status IIRC

@Magisch Yes but we only do that to unreged 1 rep users where it is blatant that they are spaming. If a user has history here then we need to give them the benefit of the doubt and at least comment to them to fix it first.
@Magisch He got a ton of spam flags and got spam-blocked. Some of those flags were legit (the question that was literally nothing other than "my product is awesome"), but some were a bit harsh, so I cleared the latter.
@Tunaki what did you decide on editing answers/ question with f**k words, anybody else knows the policy (my flag history, edited --> disputed, non edited --> approved)...
@AndrasDeak it wasn't closed... I saw a new answer just commenting "Has anyone been able to get this working on Ubuntu 15.04?" and wondered what the question was about

@tiny The NATO script doesn't appear to get the ajax feeds for added comments, so if I want to make sure I don't add a redundant comment I still need to pop up the answer in another tab to check for comments.
@Ferrybig closey has 31 rep. Plus, it broke the 20 rep mark, so we can add special permissions to the chat account so it can always talk even if it falls below 20
@Tunaki Salvaging the answer is a non-starter, I don't know the tech well enough to whip up an example. I've left a comment for the poster, and flagged for mod - we'll see. There are other non-answers on the question with ridiculous upvotes. (iOS)
Why do so many people insist on saying "I know its a bit late but it can help others..." in their answers? Is this a counter-reaction to FGITW? Like, if the answer doesn't help the OP fast enough, you need to apologize for it?

I just updated the RegEx to: // @include /^https?://\w*.?(stackoverflow|stackexchange|serverfault|superuser|askubuntu|stackapps)\.com/.*/ on my old version and it works fine. Maybe a firefox specific issue?

It didn't work on the first one because the toolbar took an abnormally long time to load...
Anyway... flagged for mod attention. Possible vote rigging. This improperly formatted code-only answer on a 4 year old question, made by a day-1 user, got two upvotes within 30 minutes of being posted. That's not normal.
