SO Close Vote Reviewers

@Yvette it's pretty hard for the new people to get rep considering SO's condition or answer with good content. Out of the 5.7m users, only a small minority are continually active amd actually care about the site. The community seemed great back in 2009. When it started the place felt like a community. Now it's a spam and help vampire dumping ground.

Chrome is buggy on ubuntu. So is firefox
