@Adriaan Google Translate would do enough of a translation to tell you it was a question. But without the edit, a mod may reject the flag. (But a non-anglo post will get deleted regardless.)

Do you generally flag non-English posts as VLQ or NAA? I tend to use VLQ since it might well be an answer, just not one I understand

@Mogsdad I'm capable of reading 3 non-English languages, but are the mods as well if I flag NAA? Say I see a post in Swedish, figure out it's a "Me too!" answer, do I translate and flag, or don't bother to translate at all?

@PetterFriberg we did encounter a Swedish answer in MATLAB not long ago. We commented the author, who subsequently posted the same thing in English, as a new answer
