@ColdFire I think it's a pretty good evolution, Swift 3 is very nice. Sure the transition from 2.2 is sometimes hairy but I think it was worth it. :) Now I hope they will break less stuff for Swift 4 in fall 2017, that's for sure. It should be the case.

@SotiriosDelimanolis The problem with that is, you spend time finding the dupe, then you CV and then your vote expires while someone posts an accepted answer. Even when you cv-pls that is something that happens
I just ignore questions I think have dupes at this point

There are several layers of doom on that one. Like the lack of a SESSION . The Russians would have liked that during the general election

@Drew Looks like he has a simple error. He pulls the mysqli recordset and extracts it, but he then fails to reference the array. Could close it as a typo. if it were me I'd handle it like the first comment
I just hammered it. There's several other questions that ask that

It is a cousin to a question 6 mos ago that asked "how do a write a php script that when passed an id it deletes the row"... and people gladly answered it. It is like there is no peer oversight.
