Well, it used to be called a status bar, but the status bar was removed from chrome. Now I'm looking for the new terminology, the best I can find so far is "status bubbles"

So basically the only way to get around that is to make your own status-bubble

Which would be as easy as putting the url for every link in the title attribute of the link, then it would come up as a tooltip.

@Drew Version 1.0.0.1 Added a check to see if the link already had a title, as previously it would remove otherwise useful information from links that did not need to be changed.
