Honest Answer: If you want people to contribute to your idea/project/proposal you need to first have done 90% of the work yourself. No one will contribute to a project they cannot see working. If you build it, they will come.

@Matthcw you have to build something first. look at all of those companies you mentioned yesterday that were bought for lots of $$$ by big companies. they built something worth having and it paid off
