04.13.2021. is faking invalid date

What's wrong with moment

date_time: 'DD.MM.YYYY HH:mm:ss',

every date month is increased by one

Either disable the rule, or set "avoidEscape": true which is the sane solution. Otherwise use 'Director\'s Information'
