here's another one probably roling eyes worthy: why does npm install actually updates the package-lock? isn't the point of a lock file to... be locked, so that it installs what is inside, overriding the package if necessary?

i don't understand the question

nor know much about package-lock

have you tried using moment/babel/webpack/lodash/rxjs/yarn?

Q: $http.put request changing into OPTIONS request in AngularJS 1.3.15

I'm new to the AngularJS. I'm using AngularJS 1.3.15 version. When I try to call an api with PUT method, It's generating OPTIONS request. I don't know where I'm doing mistake.
