So i know most of you probably follow the 80 character limit but what do you think about code that is no longer than 40 characters? I always code in split screen and 40 characters is all I can see at once.

Since your parser doesn't have a document (it's parsed from a string directly), it can't resolve the href.

has anyone ever run into issues with jsonp requests firing a callback that isn't recognized?

i'm somewhat confused

it looks like a race condition is being triggered

because I have the object that fires off a jsonp request

because I have this object that fires off a jsonp request

and the callback is a method of the object that makes the request

it usually works, but every now and then it errors out saying the callback function is undefined

confusing me greatly
