Hi. If I write a site in html 5 and suppose to work on older browser(6+) , should I specify still the script type ?

Do I have to still include the type attribute [that is required by all HTML versions < 5 for js] for browsers that were built pre html5?

ie6 knows nothing about HTML5 - and iirc if you serve from, say, a gist... it will see as text/plain not text/javascript or application/js

they did all the html 5 shim stuff

and media queries js

but they didnt add any reset css

What I wrote was just an example, since as far as I understood, she knows how to use CSS but not jQuery. My point was to show her that that CSS selector was wrong (she would then deduce that her selector insde jQuery's call was wrong, too).
