@asim Recovering well man, thanks for asking! have like 85% of my range of motion back, and the pain has reduced down from a 9 or 10 out of 10, down to like a consistent 3-4 out of ten

so I water damaged my phone like 2 weeks ago

put it in rice for a good week and it fixed up the majority of the issues.. biggest problem now is the screen has some burn-in jankiness on it

I had to disable the fingerprint scanner because it was also a little haywire, and the tap-to-unlock because that was also janked right out..

the newer model of my phone JUST came out like ... within the past few days and I'm tempted to just say fuck it and spend the $450 on this

I decided to sleep on getting this new one and see how much the keyboard thing really annoys me

I only started noticing it today

the only annoyance is the battery, but i just bought one of those banks

ahh yah old phones are the worst for that

I'm pretty sure all this fast charging shit just makes it worse too

it's honestly kind of genius... release a feature on a phone to make it more convenient to use but also kills the lifespan of it by a third or a half

heat + batteries is very not good

and the fast/warp/lightning charge shit is soo hot

and the battery replacement fee for iphones is crazy expensive
