Anyway the meeting took on all subjects. In short: my manager likes me as a person but in communication I need to evolve cause that could prevent me from going into the negative spiral

So that was clear, the cause of it all. I didnt take on full responsibility on that

Then the social media aspect came, I said I wondered how and why people reported me to my manager. She said the building has over 200 people and it spread like a wildfire. There was gossip etc and I got a bad name for it. She wasnt involved in that process, she immediatly set up a meeting the day that became clear which was the thing I talked about earlier on

And when I showed up too late a few times in the beginning the image didbt help (this was solely my own fault ofc, stupid mistake)

But I worked a lot of houres overtime to which was stated this was never necesseary and that I didnt need to put that weight on me. She was correct, working overtime was my own choice ofc. It worried them a bit and told me to relax on that subject in the next job

Not much to disagree on from what has been said, but I stated that there is a lot of dependancy on 4 programmers and a junior with bottleneck type tasks that is very uncommon and can create a scenario for like this logically for a person like me
