Problem is that the testCompile dependencies are not made available for the tests in the main module

I have a common module with commonly used classes and dependencies, that works but not for everything related to testCompile dependencies

I uploaded a fix to an issue last night.. turns out I uploaded the same as before because I didn't merge my hotfix... lol

so another update this morning

it was a fix for the location bug in nearby courses
