you need to create a separate target in your Xcode project which creates a command line tool which will get included in your main application's bundle.

you'll give that tool a unique bundle ID (e.g. com.unknown.helperapp) and you can use that to call the app from SMJobBless.

And what does the SMJobBless do ? Giving admin access to that target ?

Does anyone here know of any object reuse patterns? I have a bunch of SKSpriteNodes moving across the screen, and when they move off the side I want to reuse them rather than allocate a new one.

Also put that in a separate method - This method will just return you an unused node from the array.

Name it similarly like dequeueNodeAndBlahBlah...

Also you need to add the nodes in that array when they go off screen.

For some reason i cannot change the color of the placeholder If its from the storyboard. I was trying to get them all white. Now i figured how to change the color but i want it a different color. I changed it and it works in the 1 view i did it all programmatically. the storyboard views call the code to change it but make it always white

When the update method is called I move a bunch of SKNodes.

The problem is that when the framerate drops the game slows down.

Well... Depending on how many SKNodes you have, that might be expected.

I was thinking about storing the last current time and subtracting it from the current time passed on the update method and then dividing it by the amount the nodes will be moved.

I feel like there is a more elegant solution.
