I need to have nummeric headers, which is not hard but header 1 comes from textboxes

So header 2 must start counting from Header 1 but can't 'catch up' cause header 1 is in seperated textboxes

If so - Look at it in print view - which will at least tell you if it's syntax highlighting or not

If it is syntax highlighting you can disable it from the correct ribbon

I've only used ads once, but the app was WAAAYY to niche to succeed, so I can't give you a good number from experience.

I did look that up at the time though. It seems to vary quite a lot between ad platforms and the types of ads.

I have no clue what an Engineering Manager does and I think it highly depends on company size and general team structure. What I think I will be doing is mainly helping product owner to provide good stories and a project plan. I will very likely be responsible for the folks to be happy and get what they need and even find out what they need if they don't even know it yet. Also I will help to establish a good working environment, help people improve themselves, collaborate better etc.
