China makes a lot (most?) of these chips, so the only reason Huawei wouldn't be able to manufacturer devices would be that they can't sell in Europe/US - which they wouldn't be able to do anyway if they're cut out of the market

And if copywrite fails there are big problems up and coming

will that help? android:windowLightStatusBar is only for tinting the icons

Yes, I am using status bar tinting code in my app right now, it works fine

If you dont include it, the system icons would be washed off

You would be left with just all white status bar without windowLightStatusBar
