@eLi my guess it's that it's due to the fact that your buttons are very large, and since the lib uses circles, it probably sets the radius to the width of those buttons

you'd probably have to extend the lib and create a rectangle shape instead of the circle one

Taseer, I predict vice versa. as my state has a ban on alcohol.

@eli you don't even need to extend the lib, the rectangle shape is already there, just add this in your Builder code ".withRectangleShape(true)"

@TimCastelijns that's what I want to avoid, I want the keyboard to not push up the layout and use the scrollview to scroll to view the content below the keyboard

when it resizes it, it just causes overlaps despite the constraints

shouldn't be the case unless you constrain views to parent bottom

also adjustResize doesn't make the keyboard push the layout up, it may appear so because the view will reposition itself to show the input field that was focused

adjustPan pushes it up

Workmanager only runs once, and I use some workmanagers for initial data transfer from server to android

I'm learning a new stuff, so I'll stick to it for now, but yes there are alternatives (that we already use).

What I found interesting with SyncAdapters is the network care, the retry stuff, the power management etc...

In theory, I'll try to check if what Android writes is true

For now I can fire the sync one time but I'm making tests to have it run automatically at specific intervals

Knowing that if at an interval there is a connection error then it will do it later.

workmanager does all of this too :)
