actually I have used that approach before. I had to implement that way because previously I had a parent table with so many references to its children that it became super slow to query

I recently started using Table() and providing my own PKs, previously used IntIdTable() for example that assigns integer PKs automatically. But you don't get to pick the column name
and for users I don't want autoincrementing PKs, I just put the user's Id as PK
