It's a bit involved but one guy doesn't seem to want help from another team member so instead reached out to someone in the Boston office. He also didn't do what I told him to do to solve his problem that a guy from the other office told him to do that fixed it

So the one guy brought up that we should use local resources more and cited that instance. The other guy, as usual, didn't take it well and I thought it was going to get more out of hand
