@Tavo that project I am working on is developed with Servlets, I just added the spring-web-3.11 RELEASE.jar file, then in my Servlet I am creating like RestTemplate template = new RestTemplate(), its not showing any compile time errors, when I Run it, then only I am getting Exception.
