So if type parameter names must be exactly one uppercase letter, then is there a maximum number of type parameters?

well, methods have a restriction of 255 parameters, so I woulnd't be surprised if the number of type parameters is also limited

I can't even think of a reason why anybody would use more than 3 different type parameters.

Maybe if somebody was writing a method to parse the rows of multiple databases that are the same size and each of the columns to be parsed needs to be handled in their own unique way…
