@Sara thanks. :) I couldn't find anything in the commit log that would suggest when this happened but nightly was passing for me last week and the trace seems unrelated to php-ds.
How do you check if a value in an array is unique? I know you can remove duplicates with array_unique() and check for duplicates by combining that with count(). But sadly enough I couldn't find a way to just check a certain value. Doesn't seem like anyone ever asked on SO either
@WesStark Thanks, that second one makes sense to me. I thought about in_array() myself, but that just returns true if the value is found. Not if it's unique or not.

So in order to support (emulate) the $cwd argument of proc_open() I am now thinking that we might need to send data about the command to run down the wrapper's stdin. If we set the cwd of the wrapper process, it might break the $cmd argument, e.g. if I run proc_open('foocmd arg1 arg2', $pipes, 'C:\other\dir'), it will look for foocmd in PHP's cwd, and set the cwd afterwards. If we set the cwd of the wrapper then it will look for foocmd in that dir instead. @kelunik
So I am now thinking it might be easier to pass all the data about the command down the wrapper's stdin (en vars, escaped arg string etc) to avoid messing about with re-escaping proxied args
that said, even with 3 sockets per process, that's over 20K child processes you can run before you are in any danger of that. If you are running 20K child processes you have other problems.

@Gordon does sqlyog let you ssh into a server a create a local connection - so even if the DB server doesn't isn't listening on a TCP socket it doesnt matter? - it thinks SQLyog is a local process?
@Gordon No they haven't release V4 info yet. That's the last of the twins. But it's not as beast as the 1299 superleggera: 158.1 kW (215 hp) @ 11,000 rpm, dry weight 156 kg (343.9 lb)
ah it looks like sqlyog doesn't support linux though? Its a pity Ive been trying to do some editing of a mysql table by importing into a CSV but had problems @tereško yes ssh tunnels look like they can do some cool things
@tereško yes Ive use mysql workbench in the past (on ubuntu) and really liked it . but I would rather, nowadays use mariaDB oriented technologies, There is this mariadb workbench but it also looks like a wine deal. In the end I just have been dumping the database as a text file or bringing over specific fields into vim, editing, then pasting the new field back into mysql commandline - as a query
@the_velour_fog it works on wine. not officially. but it does.
@Jimbo so I have used 50ml water less now for the Plenny and put it in the fridge for a few minutes. Also, I used one of these metal ball shakers. it mixed better but it's still too watery for my taste.
and the cookie dough taste gets annoyingly chemical the more sips you take.
