unless the task was to build a basket system, in which case you might present a few paragraphs about how is works and why you chose to make it work that way compared to the other choices

I suspect that last part is the thing that gets you points, it would be if I was the teacher

the point is to demonstrate understanding, rather than completion of the task itself

however that is my view of the way education should work, not necessarily the way it does work

firstly, double-check you have actually fulfilled it

then secondly, it will probably help shape the structure of your report - the report is a "response" to the brief, in a way

I only started worrying about school after it became obvious they teach you stuff that I didn't know, which actually only happened around sort of 28

I haven't ever felt held back by a lack of qualifications because I just "know stuff" and can demonstrate that, but I think that is a massive privilege of this field

the other day a colleague sent me 2 screenshots of speedtest results, and I correctly gave him the solution to his problem before he'd finished typing out what it was, that's why people employ me. That is basically a non-sequitur brag but I don't care because I impressed even myself then:-P
