Right now, it is running from my dropbox. C:\Dropbox\Programs\xampp-portable\tmp

Then set it to SetEnv TMP "C:\\xampp-tmp" I guess

I mean really, f*ck knows what xampp has done to the path layout, when you start to introduce the concept of portable apps it's going to be a total wtf
