@Cygwinnian I have met several highly-skilled female developers, but then again, far fewer than there should be. The reason for the sex bias remains an enigma. Software engineering does not require any great physical prowess, (apart from very occasional 'shove heavy server into rack' type things). Software seems to be in the 'reverse parking' and 'use a roundabout correctly' category of activity :)

but there are quite a few issues with using OTPs
you need 1 bit of OTP per bit of message, which is massive compared to an asymmetric scheme like RSA
and the OTP itself has to be pre-arranged and stored somewhere by both sender and receiver

Almost all commercial interfaces for artist tools and game programming are atrocious.
I think XNA did the best job of making an end-to-end framework, but then again they also hid a lot of things from people and blew up a lot of functionality, so if you wanted anything deeper you had to either milk the framework or throw it out altogether...
I haven't gotten a chance to dive into the codebases at work just yet,
but there's a horrible feeling in my stomach it's going to be C++99/03 nightmareland.

Private and public trackers move domains to go outside of US jurisdiction. Which is why I thought no pirating site has a .com, .net, et al domain.
