The worst thing about those blinds is that I have to get up, walk across the room to some fancy touch screen wall panel, find my place's ID, and tap the right button. (With the wrong one, I would turn the lights or the heat up/down.) It seems futuristic, but I'd simply call that impractical. But then I'm an old fart, so what do I know about such stuff...

Whenever I knew I would not pass the exam, I would just not show up.

Basically, I never actually failed an exam.

@R.MartinhoFernandes but again, in some places, you do get a score for not showing. a Big fat 0, typically ;)

@R.MartinhoFernandes I've had one particular exam where the average was ~30%. A lot of people failed. If we follow your philosophy the average would have been pretty close to 0. I rather have some points than none.
