They actually asked me exactly this in my interview. I didn't tell them the my greatest fault :)
Some of the questions that those pretty HR gals ask are usually pretty lame, the only motivation I see in answering those (besides getting the job) is that I get to try to have a pretty much meaningless conversation with a pretty gal, which is rare.

you can discriminate based on lack of employment.. meaning if I am looking at resumes and I see you have a large gap in employment (due to the bad economy), I can refuse to hire you
