Ha, I am a little. But just trying to focus on work. I thought I could just remove her from my life completely but it's never that black and white. Actually her dad died on Sunday so it's been really rough for her. So we talked for the first time in about a month earlier in the week.

Yeah it's sad but it's the right thing, we were both feeling really anxious

@JAL Well at least you made the grown up decision and stopped it instead of just going along with it. So many of my friends are divorced because they didn't think it through.

@NathanOliver Yes, that would have been really bad. I have a close friend from college whose parents got divorced when he was like three months old. That would be too heavy

Current dilemma: this VBA code takes 40 seconds to run. I can shave that down to 27 seconds by adding a line in VBA that makes an edit to the registry settings to disable file validation onload. The problem is that would disable validation for all files that get opened. Is 13 seconds worth that potential security risk?

and terrible code practice of regedits via VBA?

Okay: update on my dilemma. It is indeed a horrifying practice to edit security registry settings via VBA code, but I can fix that by using a trusted location

Yeah, ~3k helpful spam auto flags. You don't get those stats by just sleeping cozyily.

IDK, I lost count. But it's a huge success, we've not have a declined autoflag (yet) (AFAIK).

One flag was disputed because the poster replaced it with normal content within the grace period.
