i just saw that in that link...because i´m having problems with the ScrollTo jquery plug in..it´s not working....i have remove the if...but the scroll continues to be very quick..not smooth

Just change the condition in the if, and target.offsetTop

You have your scroll animation set to 3 seconds, if anything it will be painfully slow
