the tabs work individually but they don't work it when put in together

change password and other details

so tabs within tabs make it easy there plus it looks pretty good

mobikwik.com has implemented similar thing

keeping track of where you are is tricky and clicking one of the top tabs could take you to any number of places

putting some tabs on top and some on the side is just adding insult to confusion

the side tabs should just be stacked segments

now, Facebook does use both PHP and C, but the former is largely a legacy thing and the latter is because of their scale. You won't run into either problem

After that, you can clean it with peroxide. A doctor's a good idea though if it's that big of a hole though. I'd just super glue that shit myself.
