@cswl you have to call eslint --fix several times for certain problems; re indentation, it's probably fixing only the first occurrence of the problem, so you keep re-running it until everything is fixed

So I have started implementing infinite scrolling / pagination for a web app. I'm a bit stuck on how to gracefully handle resetting things like (eg. page count, a global js variable) if the content of the page changes.

Basically the main page is a feed of news stories. The user can search, or filter by type. and all of it happens via ajax

Since the content can be changed via ajax at anytime by the user it makes it difficult for me to cleanly reset things. Anyone have experience with this? or have thoughts?

Redux is a fairly small library

you can use anything else that implements that concept

you just want a central message broker

you don't need to use React with Redux, it just makes the page more snappy

you don't even need to use Redux specifically, just some central router/broker

Why would you not use these existing tools to do the job? Otherwise you'll end up re-inventing the wheel and/or building something that only mostly works sometimes in some browsers in some situations.
