So.. there was a recent discussion about the speed of the Edge JavaScript engine. Here's a benchmark on Windows 10 with Edge: tweakers.net/reviews/4118/2/…. It's Dutch, but the results of Kraken and Google Octane test JavaScript performance. Edge is equivalent to V8, but tests involving WebGL etc aren't quite on-par yet.

not to mention the office package will actually change the hotkeys as the language is changed

In my case I ended up editing line 28364 of angular.js and changed ng-hide:not(.ng-hide-animate){display:none !important;} for .ng-hide:not(.ng-hide-animate){display: block!important;visibility:hidden;}. Hope it helps someone. — eskalera 4 mins ago
