eg if there are any ajax requests pending, I'm thinking of also using a promise library to help the coding of this..

@SuperUberDuper for all network requests, you have two options: hijack the functions which make those requests to keep a flag in sync; or use the performance api. For all non-network requests like setTimeout/indexedDB transactions and stuff, hijack the functions.

Because the JS files are dropped in your source where the author thinks they should go, not in some separate directory (like node_modules)

also nuget depends on visual studio APIS to do that.

the nuget package format can be used without VS (see chocolatey)

but for .net use it's not just dependent on a ,net framework but VS itself.

@Kippie if you installed the git commandline, it comes with ssh.

putty has a supperior terminal emulator than that with windows, though

I wish putty would just use openssh keys instead of it's own format.
