@FlorianMargaine That seems awkward. Suppose, a server wants to set a cookie with a lifetime of 2 hours. The server uses its own local time, but its in a different time zone 3 hours earlier w.r.t browser. Then the server would set a cookie that expires immediately.

I would also disagree. Primal does not imply unintelligence, it implies basic instinct. It has a connotation of unintelligence but that's a false pretense I believe.
