AngularJS: I have on my controller $scope.Players and $scope.Athletes. Athletes are children of Players, and an Athlete may be a child of more than one player. I have lists of Players with their athletes below them, and each Athlete has a header and an expanding area that is displayed on click. Currently I have a boolean on Athlete as IsSelected, which gets evaluated to display the expanded section.

This has the problem that any Athlete that is a child of more than one Player will be opened in all of the players instead of only the one clicked. I am looking for a good way to only open the instance that I click on. Anyone got any ideas?
