/related - had a crack head living in my building. When they evicted her there was 5 or 6 garbage bags and 6/7 blue bins FULL of needles and paraphernalia

I don't know if they changed this yet, but when I was younger the smoking laws in Canada were: You could smoke at 16, but it was illegal for anyone to provide you smokes before you were 19.

@GottZ It does, but if your requests start after the markup is already there, I'd assume as a sure thing that your scripts can't block page rendering

head downloads all resources prior to parsing the body. Body parses top to bottom and resources are loaded as parsed. putting some large lib in the head will block the body parsing until all resources are downloaded
