Well, you can do something a bit backwards, but why don't you know the key name?

Also, a variable name can't begin with a number

//anyway:
var obj = {'99LastId': '1823'};
var value = Number(obj[Object.keys(obj).pop()]);

We list the keys of obj, grab the last one, extract the value with that key from obj, and turn it into a number.
