So, 3mm for the middle cylinder height should be good enough, and the base is just as thin as possible, so 1mm should do.

I had to cannibalise the map from one set, and the metal pieces from another.

Neither had proper flags, so that's where Lego antennas come in.

I actually don't like a few things about the map, but it's the best non-custom you can find. I'll probably replace it if I take the time to draw one map with the fixes I want.
