Q: Gnome ( Centos ) how to always open gnome-terminal at X and Y coordinates?

Is it possible to ensure gnome-terminal for example always opens at X = 410 Y = 220 Coordinates ? without using xdotool and external programs ? because external programs are not solid they depend on things such as "sleep 4 seconds" etc..
