Wellp, spent a day to see if baking lighting information / partially static scenes are feasible. Pro tip: It's not. Also, reasonable size lightmaps usually end up fucking up tiny-unwrapped objects by obsessive darkening + adding ambient data just because a part of the unwrap lies on the "dark side of the moon".

The game is rendered via the adapter the device references at creation. There is just a path between the two GPUs to display it.

It's no longer a performance killer, at least on Windows. With the flip mode being forced behind the scenes.
