I don’t really bother knowing the indentation rules, I rely on the indent plugin and the compiler to set me straight. If the compiler is yelling at you, then no it is not correct.

@Ell I would like to think (although I don’t really know if/how much the language designers share my view) that case is relatively close to an eliminator, hence why it’s relatively sugar-free or why the sugar it supports can still be translated to eliminators.

Your example is a bit.. weird, MySpecialType is just an alias (typedef) for int - meaning that the two are equivalent (they both denote the type int). What exactly are you scared about? — Filip Roséen - refp 28 secs ago
