@Xeo IMO in C++11 you can easily work around the presented problem. You could have a single print_fizzbuzz that uses runtime logic to select the correct "implementer" function. If you use constexpr then it becomes comile-time logic.

YAY @StackedCrooked somehow, when I shared it for the second time, it came back immediate. So, I wager, it had just compiled withing 10 seconds (thereby caching the code/binary?), the (millisecond) runtime just exceeding the time alloted?

@StackedCrooked I know. The strange part is, I basically shared only once, the first time giving an invalid URL querystring ("?id=execution-expired" or something). I'd have expected it to not have cached anything then.

I increased to 20 seconds. (This is a 15 second test assuming 5 seconds for compilation.)

However, when I went back to resubmit, it came back immediately, this time with a valid URL. It is technically impossible that the program compiled in so short time, so, in fact, the code/binary must have been cached on the first run, despite it having failed with "execution expired" the first time
