How quickly after it is uninstalled?

If I needed to know when user uninstalls an app, I'd probably devise some sort of a system where the ap would spin up a background service that would call home every now and then.

Or alternatively maybe there is s way to send push notifications repeatedly, silent ones and check when they were not received.
