As others have said, forbidding __init__ isn't the best option. I would not recommend it. However you can achieve this with metaclasses. Consider this example:
def new__init__(self):
raise ValueError('Cannot invoke init!')
class Meta(type):
def __new__(cls, name, bases, namespace):
...
@Ahmad MyClass.create(....) Which would do a bunch of stuff, then obviously you wanna hide the constructor so no half assed instantiation is done, right?
Gonna be honest with you here, might come off as a little rude. You're pretty lucky to be based out of India, and to be in a school with an incompetent IT department. But your approach here is all wrong, and if you were trying this stuff in the US/NZ/UK/etc you would almost certainly be facing disciplinary, if not legal, action.
