@JoeWatkins Ok, so generally when I think more about this it might even be not needed to provide a Resource class/interface/whatever but only to provide a common object handlers which guards serialization, cloning etc. which can be shared across all objects

Ofcorse there is a different situation in streams where some common type might be usefull
