In meta, we've gotten clear instructions that English is chat's language. Rooms that refuse discussing things in English will be frozen, because they cannot be moderated.

I'm tired of explaining to people why we only accept English, and the fact that not everyone are up-to-date on the policy is not helping.

So to remove all doubt, this is the policy: Rooms who refuse to hold discussions in English will be frozen.

As for his account deletion, I didn't delete his account. He emailed the staff, waited a day, said he's extra sure, and then his account got deleted.

We don't make it easy to delete your own account, for a good reason, we want to make sure you're extra sure.
