consider that the stdlib doesn't enforce nothrow moves because some container implementations wanted to allocate in their move constructors

forcing a bunch of unnecessary copies because move could throw, when actually I'm in a 64bit address space and it ain't nevah gonna be exhausted

Actually I have no idea whether best practices is to do the timing from inside the program or from the outside. And I'm not sure how to eliminate the effects of the first few runs not being 'hot' with either technique, too. So that kind of guidance.

Now they certainly aren't as great as other CPAN-like tools as seen in other communities... but C++, for all the users it has, comes with nothing. Boggles my mind.
