@flawr It sounds vaguely familiar, but I'm not sure, because I know Harley's name from other telecommunication/information theory stuff (such as the Shannon-Hartley theorem)

@flawr I know about it because DIPlib used to have one. I’ve never used it though (and didn’t bother porting it over to DIPlib 3.0). I know it was used for fast convolutions of real-values images, but I think real-valued FFTs have made Hartley irrelevant.
